Last Thursday was American Thanksgiving (in Canada, we celebrate it one month earlier) - so to all my American readers: Happy Thanksgiving! I was browsing the food news recently and came across a very interesting interactive article by Anna Codrea-Rado and Nice and Serious of the Guardian which highlights how climate change has the potential to transform our food, including our cherished Thanksgiving dinners. The article features a photograph of a typical Thanksgiving meal (shown below) - with Thanksgiving turkey and all the fixings.
